Core members are the creators of the family !
They are the ones taking the main decisions: where funds received go, what are the priorities to work on, next projects and steps, dividing roles, organizing tasks and time etc. They make sure every project of the family is doing well.
They are the ones giving permision to new members for creating a profile page so they can create projects.
Decision making is done in a sociocracy circle, allowing everyone to vote/opine, staying true to values of love, truth, compassion and respect. Breaking from the societal paradigm of one main powerful figure, to one of many voices to be heard when making decisions.
A FTF Family starts with a least 3 core members and grows up to 10 core members.
Members are active people in the Free the food Family who support the projects in some way. They are able to start a new project, have a profile page to share their story, what projects they have been part of, they can share pictures, links, knowledge, etc. Each member can receive donations directly or through their family.
We also truly encourage each member to to be active in social media, to inspire people as much as we can to spread the #ftfmovement.
